This website (www.paolaxhuli.com) and any content, courses, memberships, or products available herein (collectively, "Site" and "Content") are owned and operated by Paola Xhuli ("we," "us," or "our").

By visiting this Site, purchasing any product, enrolling in any membership, or accessing any Content, you ("you" or "your") agree to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. Scope of Use

The Content and products offered on this Site include:

  • Self-paced Programs

  • Masterclasses

  • Digital Guides

  • Community Membership

  • General website content (blog posts, articles, emails, downloads)

Note: 1:1 Coaching services are governed by a separate Coaching Agreement provided to the client prior to the start of services and are not governed by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All Content is the intellectual property of Paola Xhuli and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Content for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, or repurpose any Content without prior written permission from us.

3. Purchases & Payment

Purchases of Programs, Masterclasses, Guides, or Premium Community Membership are made via a third-party payment processor of our choosing. You agree to provide accurate and current payment and contact information at checkout.

Some offers may include payment plans. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method according to the agreed payment schedule. You remain responsible for completing all installment payments, even if your access to the Content is suspended or terminated due to failed payments.

4. Membership Access & Billing

Premium Community Membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for canceled subscriptions.

We reserve the right to change membership pricing or terms at any time with reasonable advance notice to members.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes all self-paced programs, masterclasses, digital guides, Premium Community Memberships, and any other digital products purchased through www.paolaxhuli.com.

Due to the instant access and digital nature of the products and services offered, no refunds will be issued.

6. Live Sessions & Rescheduling

We may offer live sessions (Q&A calls, group coaching calls, workshops) as part of certain memberships or programs. While we aim to maintain a consistent schedule, we reserve the right to reschedule live sessions if needed due to illness, emergencies, or personal circumstances.

If a reschedule is due to planned vacation, we will provide advance notice to members inside the relevant community or via email.

7. Community Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in any community spaces (Premium Community, comments, or forums).
We reserve the right to remove any member without refund for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the safety and experience of others. This includes spam, harassment, and the sharing of unverified or unsafe medical information.

8. Educational Use Only

All Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult your healthcare provider before implementing any information shared on this Site or in our Content.

9. Affiliate Links

This Site may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you. We only promote products and services that we believe may be of value to our audience.
