Hey, I’m Paola—
I’m a Functional Nutritionist and Detox Specialist—and I help you tap into your body’s natural ability to heal.
If you’re dealing with gut problems, hormone chaos, low energy, or just know something feels off... you’re not crazy. And you’re not alone. I’ve helped hundreds of people figure out what’s really going on—and start feeling like themselves again.
My approach goes deep. I focus on the things most people miss: mitochondrial health, drainage + detox, gut repair, hormones, and circadian biology. Not band-aids. Root cause work that actually changes things.
But healing isn’t just physical. I’m also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Lifestyle Medicine—and I’ve seen firsthand how much your mindset, habits, and environment shape your health. It’s the little things you do every day that add up to big change. And I’ll help you make those shifts step-by-step.
My goal? To help you feel confident in your body again—and create the kind of healing that lasts.
When I’m not deep in research or teaching, I’m probably hiking, practicing yoga, testing new recipes, or planning my next adventure. I also post daily to help you understand your body better—because education is power.

My Story
I want to share something personal—because if you’re in it right now, I want you to know you’re not alone.
I didn’t get into functional and root cause healing out of curiosity. I got here out of desperation. Up until late 2019, I felt strong, grounded, and deeply connected to my body. Then everything changed.
It started with acid reflux and bloating. Then came the fatigue, insomnia, panic attacks, ectopic heartbeats, food sensitivities… and eventually, symptoms that pointed to things like POTS and Mast Cell Activation. One doctor even suspected it, but like many of you, I never got a clear diagnosis—just a long list of symptoms and a lot of “everything looks normal.”
But I didn’t feel normal. I didn’t feel safe in my body.
So I stopped waiting for someone to figure it out and became my own advocate. I enrolled in clinical nutrition school, learned to interpret functional labs, and dove deep into mitochondrial health, gut repair, detox pathways, and circadian biology. I stopped chasing symptoms—and started asking a better question: Why did my body break down in the first place?
That shift changed everything.
Healing became less about fixing and more about supporting. Less about fighting, more about flow. I started creating an internal environment where my body could actually do what it’s built to do: self-regulate, detox, and repair.
It didn’t happen overnight. There were setbacks. But over time, my nervous system calmed, my gut started to function, and the anxiety that once felt constant began to fade. I began to feel like me again.
Now, I help others through that same process—the ones who’ve tried everything and still feel stuck. Because there isanother way. A gentler, smarter, more root-based way.
You’re not broken. Your body’s just asking for support. And I’m here to help you figure out exactly what that looks like—one step at a time.
