Single Email Check-In After Each Session
You can send one follow-up email after each session for clarifying questions about your updated plan (not for full case re-evaluation).

Join live Q&As, access clinical resources, and stay plugged into ongoing guidance while you integrate changes.
Optional Add-On Calls
If you want additional support during the year, you can book extra 45-minute follow-up sessions at your returning-client rate ($350). These sessions do not include WhatsApp or ongoing messaging support.
