Q&A: Which Drainage Pathways Should I Prioritize?

Drainage work might seem overwhelming, especially when you need to support multiple pathways. This blog introduces three simple rules to make your drainage protocol simple and effective. If you haven't assess your drainage pathways yet, start here

Rule 1: Keep It Simple – Stick to 7-8 Supplements

To keep things straightforward, limit your supplements to seven to eight per protocol. Overloading on supplements can make it hard to see progress and figure out what's working. By following this rule, you create clarity and make managing your wellness routine easier. If you want to use fewer supplements, that is totally fine as well.

Rule 2: Focus on the Big Five for the First 1-3 Months

The body's drainage pathways are all interconnected. Focus on the "Big Five" – the colon, gallbladder, liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system– in the first one to three months of drainage work. Prioritizing these foundational pathways sets the stage for addressing stagnation in the pathways upstream specifically the spleen, glymphatic system, lungs, uterus and cells.

Rule 3: Prioritize 1-3 Pathways at a Time

Instead of trying to tackle everything at once, focus on 1 to 3 pathways at a time. This prevents overwhelm and lets you understand your body's response better. By concentrating on specific pathways, you can make informed decisions when adjusting your protocols. Someone that is sensitive may only be able to support one pathway at a time, others may be able to support 2 or 3. Always listen to your body.

Regular Assessment is Key

Use the drainage assessment form regularly – monthly or every couple of months. This tool helps you understand changes in your drainage pathways. By keeping track of improvements or setbacks, you'll know where to focus and ensure a smooth flow of drainage pathways during cleanses.

Detox Reactions

Experiencing detox reactions during drainage is a sign that there's a lot of stagnation. It also means you might need more time supporting drainage compared to others.

Simplicity and focus are crucial in your journey to better health. Follow these three rules to streamline your approach. Your wellness journey is unique, so simplify the process to make informed decisions that match your body's needs.
