What you’re getting with the 4-Week Leaky Gut Reset

Over 4 weeks, you’ll get a clear, realistic plan to start healing your gut, plus live support so you’re not trying to figure it out alone.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Deep-Dive Leaky Gut Training (Week 1)
    A structured 60-90 minutes training where I walk you through:

    • What leaky gut actually is (and isn’t)
    • The most common root causes (stress, diet, infections, medications, etc.)
    • Why past diets or protocols may not have worked for you
    • A clear, step-by-step framework to calm reactivity, stabilize digestion, and support repair
    • How food, stress, and simple supplements fit into that framework
  • 3 Weekly Live Coaching & Q&A Calls (Weeks 2–4)
    Each live session includes:

    • Short, practical teaching (about 15–25 minutes) on topics like
      • How to stabilize symptoms in real life without extreme restriction
      • How to adjust food and simple supports based on what you’re noticing
      • How to think about long-term support, reintroductions, and “what’s next” after the 4 weeks
    • Group Q&A (about 30–40 minutes), where you can ask questions, learn from other cases, and get clarity on how to apply the reset
  • Replay Access for the Duration of the Reset
    All calls are recorded and available to watch for the full 4 weeks of the program, so you can catch up or rewatch during the cohort.

  • This is a group program, not 1:1 coaching.
  • All support happens on the live calls (and any group Q&A thread you see inside the program).
  • I won’t be interpreting individual lab tests or creating fully personalized protocols in this container. If you need deeper, individualized work, you’ll have the option to explore my 1:1 containers separately.
